Who We Are: We are Explore Himalayan Adventure, an adventure-travel company established in 2002. We are a local Uttarakhand-based company offering adventure experiences for visitors coming to explore Rishikesh and the Himalayan region.

Where We Are Based: Our office is located in Shivpuri, around 16 km from Rishikesh in the Tehri Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. Being based here gives our team strong local knowledge of the river, surrounding areas, and adventure destinations.

What We Provide: We provide a range of adventure experiences, including river rafting, camping, bungee jumping, and other outdoor activities. We also provide guest house facilities for visitors looking for a comfortable stay during their trip.

Our Experience: With more than 20 years of experience, we understand the local adventure industry and the needs of our guests. Our local knowledge and experienced team help us provide enjoyable and well-organized adventure experiences.

Our Focus: Our main focus is to make every guest’s trip safe, enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. We want visitors to have fun, explore Rishikesh, and return home with great memories of their Himalayan adventure.

Our Journey

2002 (The Beginning): Explore Himalayan Adventure was established in Rishikesh with a focus on providing adventure experiences to visitors exploring Uttarakhand.

Early Years (Growing With Experience): We started building our experience in river rafting, camping, and local adventure tourism while learning the river and understanding what our guests needed.

Growing Years (More Adventures): As more visitors discovered Rishikesh, we expanded our adventure services and camping facilities to offer more experiences in one place.

Today (A Local Adventure Team): Today, we continue to provide rafting, camping, and other adventure activities with an experienced local team and a strong focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Mor Singh Bugana (Owner)

Founded and manages Explore Himalayan Adventure. Started his rafting journey in 1993. 30+ years of experience in river rafting and adventure tourism. Rafting experience on rivers including Ganga, Beas, Bhagirathi, Alaknanda, and Kullu rivers

Aditya Bugana (Rafting Guide & Marketing Head)

Handles digital marketing and online presence of the company. Licensed river rafting guide since 2025. Rafting experience on the Ganga River. Combines river experience with marketing and guest support

Varam Singh Rana (Senior Rafting Guide)

Rafting guide since 2005. Licensed rafting guide with CPR & First Aid training. 15+ years of experience in river rafting on the Ganga. Experienced in rafting expeditions on the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda Rivers. Strong knowledge of river conditions, rafting techniques, and guest safety.

Anoop Singh Gusain (Senior Rafting Guide)

Rafting guide since 2015. Licensed rafting guide with CPR & First Aid training. 10+ years of experience in river rafting on the Ganga. Experienced in rafting expeditions on the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda Rivers. Strong knowledge of river conditions, rafting techniques, and guest safety.

Janveer Singh Pundir (Junior Rafting Guide)

5+ years of experience in rafting support and river operations. 2+ years of experience as a rafting guide. Licensed rafting guide with CPR & First Aid training. Rafting experience on the Ganga, Bhagirathi, and Kullu River

Sanjay Singh Rawat (Driver)

10+ years of experience as a driver in the rafting and adventure industry. Familiar with rafting routes, locations, and the local area. Good understanding of rafting operations and guest transportation. Known for his friendly and helpful nature.
