Booking Terms: A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm your camping booking.
Cancellation Terms: Cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method. No refund is provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Reschedule Policy: You can reschedule your booking more than 7 days before arrival without an additional charge. Rescheduling between 2–7 days before arrival may have a rescheduling fee. Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of arrival.
Weather & Natural Conditions: If your booking is affected by extreme weather or natural conditions, we may offer a rescheduled date or refund, depending on the situation and availability.
